1. Have you notified your firm’s Compliance Officer (CO)?

Why must I notify BNM on the appointment of my firm’s CO?
  • It is a mandatory requirement* to appoint a CO and notify BNM on such appointment. 
Important Note for DCR 2022
 
Reporting institutions (RIs) can only submit DCR 2022 after they have notified BNM on the appointment of the firm's CO.

The CO will receive an email containing invitation code for your firm to register as user in the DNFBP portal for DCR 2022 submisison.

2. Updates to DCR 2022 Materials
The DCR materials provided to registered users of DNFBP portal have been updated based on common questions raised during the DCR clinics held between 19 and 23 September 2022.
