Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) will be issuing the Data and Compliance Report (DCR) 2026. ALL Reporting Institutions (RIs) within the Designated Non‑Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs) are required to submit the DCR 2026 in line with the requirements under the AMLA 2001, FSA 2013 and IFSA 2013.
When and How to Submit?
Submission period is between 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 via the Dynamic Submission Portal (DSP). No manual submission will be accepted. Please note that you and your firm can only access the DSP when the submission period starts. Early access to the portal is not possible.

2. Appoint Compliance Officer – Ensure that your firm has appointed a Compliance Officer and notify BNM of the appointment through the link:Compliance Officer Notification Form. Refer here for the role of Compliance Officer:
3. BNM and relevant licensing authorities or self-regulatory bodies will also organize online townhall session or DCR clinics to guide RIs in completing the DCR submission. Further information on these sessions will be communicated soon.
