As communicated in newsletter 02/2026 issued on 28 May 2026, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) is issuing the Data and Compliance Report (DCR) 2026 to specified reporting institutions (RIs) of DNFBP sectors. The submission period for DCR 2026 will be from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026 via the Dynamic Submissions Portal (DSP).

BNM will conduct virtual townhall sessions to provide guidance to RIs on DCR submission via the Dynamic Submissions Portal (DSP). Details of the townhall sessions are as follows:

Date: 14 July 2026, Tuesday
Sessions:                       

• Session 1: 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  Sectors: Licensed Gaming Outlets, Moneylenders, Pawnbrokers, Trust Companies, Factoring Companies, and Leasing Companies

• Session 2: 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  Sectors: Lawyers, Company Secretaries, Dealers in Precious Metals or Precious Stones (DPMS), Accountants, and Registered Estate Agents (REA)

Mode/Platform: Virtual at Microsoft Teams
Attendees: Compliance Officer or maximum of two representatives from each firm
