Dear Compliance Officer/ Reporting Institution,

As communicated in our pervious Newsletter issued on 01 October 2024, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM), as the competent authority under the AMLA, has issued the Data and Compliance Report (DCR) 2024. Submission period for DCR 2024 will be from 15 October 2024 to 15 January 2025. Please find attached the Circulars on issuance of DCR 2024, for your immediate attention.

Please visit https://dnfbpportal.bnm.gov.my to submit DCR 2024. In the portal, please check your firm’s applicability status whether you are required to submit DCR 2024. Helpful resources such as step-by-step guide, Information Kit, FAQ and tutorial videos (coming soon) are available in the portal to guide you.

You are encouraged to refer to the available references in the portal or continue to use the DCR chatbot to help clarify and provide solution to any issues that you may have. For any enquiries on DCR 2024 which could not be found within the materials or resources provided in the online portal, please submit your query via the following link: https://amlcft.bnm.gov.my/dcrquery.

Are you submitting DCR for the first time?

Kindly ensure you have nominated and notify BNM on appointment of your Compliance Officer (CO).
If you have yet to notified the appointment of your CO, you can do so here: http://amlcft.bnm.gov.my/co/
An “Invitation Code” will be sent to the registered email of the CO. Please check the inbox, spam or junk mail of the registered email of the CO.

Note:

Invitation code will be sent in batches. Please expect to receive your invitation code by 16/10/2024 and ensure your email is accurate.
Kindly email to [email protected] if you do not receive your CO number.

You have previously submitted DCR in year 2022?

Kindly use the same login credentials as DCR 2022.
If you have forgotten your password kindly proceed to Reset Password.

DCR Clinics

DCR clinics will be organised by Industry Association or Licensing/Regulatory Authority of each sector. Please be alert on the updates on the DCR clinic dates in their respective website or email.
