2. [THIRD REMINDER - 3 weeks to go] Deadline for DCR 2022 Submission
Please be reminded that the portal for DCR 2022 submission will be closed on 30 November 2022 (in 3 weeks' time). No extension of timeline will be provided as all economic sectors are fully open this year. To those who have not responded to DCR 2022, please take note and ensure your firm’s submission or declaration, whichever applicable, is made before or on the closing date.
To-date, there are a numbers of invitation codes that have not been redeemed and DCR submissions drafts in the portal that have not been submitted. Please take necessary actions, if relevant.

As we are expecting heavy traffic to the DNFBP portal closer to the deadline, we strongly encourage you to act upon the DCR 2022 submission requirement soonest possible to ensure sufficient time to complete the necessary submission.
Please refer to the online DNFBP portal to check the applicability of DCR 2022 obligation on your firm and the step-by-step guidance on what your firm needs to do. The DNFBP portal is accessible at https://dnfbpportal.bnm.gov.my
Please note that DCR 2022 is an enforceable requirement which actions can be taken against non-submission.
